HEALTHY TIP OF THE WEEK
Grace Norcott spoke to us about the rewards of ‘giving’. During the pandemic we have not been faced with the usual fundraising events. Giving may require more of an effort. Studies show that giving makes you mentally happier. It’s called a “helper high”. the feeling of happiness and positive attitude can actually be life extending.
Join Grace in her group sponsorship giving $25 toward her $250 goal.
You’ll be HAPPY to be giving!
