Announcements: Paul Harris Fellow Presentation: Dave Johnson was presented as a Paul Harris Fellow. It was given by an anonymous Rotarian in recognition of his numerous contributions to the club and community in the few years he has been a Newark Rotarian. Frank All was presented as a Paul Harris Fellow +7 for his contributions to the Rotary Foundation. Change to the Club By-Laws - Having determined that we attained a quorum, the club voted by hand, by to pass the following change to the by-laws: “The Club Board will meet once a month. Day, time and location will be determined by the Board and notice will be communicated to the Membership with due notice. Notification of monthly Board Meeting with date, time and location to be made by Club Secretary or President at least two weeks prior to the meeting, if possible." Happy Moments: Adam O is celebrating his 20-year wedding anniversary. He will be travelling to Europe for 17 days. But right now he is handling 400 insurance claims from hail damage. Karen Hoad is hoping for more loans through Adam O! Mike Muscolino thanked the village and town board for the support they give to Alex Eligh Community Center. Jorge Bueso has overseen the summer camp 6-week with 250 kids, for the past 30 years. Twenty-two staff were hired for the program. The program only costs $125 per child. Steve Taylor paid a happy fine for Evy coming back from her trip. Bob and Jean are celebrating their 38th wedding anniversary. Congratulations! Steve was wearing the Guardian shirt for Honor Flight, to honor his father who was in the Navy. Steve was a Guardian a few years ago. Scott Healy said yesterday was his 40th year of working in Newark. Is Scott that old?
