Newark Rotary inducted two new members last Thursday.

Announcements:
- Linda Werts — working with an organization: Called To Care — program to bring Ukrainians into the Canandaigua area. Orphans are being moved from eastern cities to western cities — but living conditions are nearly unbearable. Asking for donations to be used for gifts for the children in these orphanages. Thank you.
- David Doebler — Salvation Army collections - we had 24 ringers. Thank you. Citizens Bank counted the monies from the red kettles and provides the check for the Salvation Army. Currently the amount collected $827 — hoping for some more donations to match last years donations of $1200. You can still write a check made payable to the Salvation Army and give it to David Doebler. All monies collected by our Rotary Club stays right here in Wayne County.
- Lucina Hallagan — Reminder — A Christmas Carol performance on December 10 at 2:00 pm. $15 per ticket. Tickets at Newark Public Library, Lyons National Bank or contact Lucina Hallagan.

- We are breaking up the departments with a Rotarian lead, we will be making some “thank you’s” to leave for the workers.
