June was a full month with speakers, a Queen of Heart winner and our annual Changeover Meeting.
We welcomed Sofia Hasseler, a Newark Rotary Scholarship recipient, as she spoke about her first year at University of Rochester and her plans to attend medical school.
Michele and Kevin received Paul Harris Fellow recognitions for their work at the district conference silent auctions over the past few years.
The Queen of Hearts was in the deck! Congratulations to Bob for pulling the out the Queen of Hearts on June 12th.
We heard from the Honorable Bill Taylor on June 12th. Bill serves on the New York State Supreme Court in the 7th District, which covers eight counties including Wayne County.
Bob Balk spoke to use on June 19th. He will be the district governor for Central New York.
President Jim recognized Mary Jo Fenyn for her eight years of service on the board and for diligently carrying out all the tasks of Sergeant at Arms for the past two years.
