The Board of Directors approved three applications for membership.
The three proposed members are:
Braxton Guy: Braxton lives and works in Newark. He is a project director at Newark Community Schools. During his spare time he supports youth through coaching and creating a healthy community. He is interested in joining Rotary to join a group of people who are interested in the community and also interested in creating change.
Josh Washburn: Josh lives and works in Newark. He owns Jam Imaging, which produced the t-shirts we wore for the festival. Josh is interested in getting more involved in the community and networking.
Evie Taylor: Evie, married to Steve Taylor, lives in Sodus Point (during the summer). She has been a part of Newark Rotary for a long time. For example, she helped us with the planning of Norma's District Conference in 2012. Evie wants to finally join our club now that she has the time to attend our meetings.
