Newark Rotary Family Fest was a success. We had great weather. great turnout, and great fun!
The FLX Satellite Club ran the dunk tank and the 50/50 raffle.
The Scouts set up an “ax” throwing and information booth.
Music was provided by The Unparaell and The Movers.
The NYS State Police and the Newark FD put on their displays. Lucina oraganized hula hoops and bubbles for the children.
Numerous craft vendors were present, as was at least one former Rotarian.
Jim was in chaarge of setup and tear down. President Dave helped to keep things running smoothly.
The Silent Auction organized by Michele was a success. And Jan was ultimately pleased with the result of the Raffle!
Numerous Rotarians participated. John, Steve, Linda and Michele worked hard throughout the day.
Without the leadership of President Dave and Fest Chair Norma, this would not have been a success. Gary supported Norma and every aspect of the Fest.
The Cash Raffle drawings were conducted with the help of Police Chief Gonzalez.
Treasurer Kevin kept the count of the money. Dave brought games for the kids.
The success of the Newark Rotary Family Fest is due to the dedicated volunteers of the clubs. Thank you for making this another memorable and successful event!
