During our February open meeting we recognized Steve Mooney for his 50 years of membership in the Newark Rotary Club. Steve is a club Past President and for over two decades he led the the scholarship committee.
Laci Graham updated us on the Laurel House. She spoke about the volunteers who work there, the ongoing fundraising efforts and how individuals qualify to become residents there.
Christine Stalker and Bianca Ensman talked to us about the DeMay living center during our third meeting in February.
During our last meeting in February Holly Kreuser spoke to us about the Newark Rotary Satellite Club and why we are working to get it started.
