- Linda introduced Susan and Marsha of St Mark’s Baby Closet. Chuck presented a $500 check to them. Last year they supported over 400 families. Front page of FLT last year. Gives away diapers, toys, books. Many donors including Newark Rotary.
- Evie Taylor requested President Jim’s autograph on the Pilots game baseball.
Happy Moments:
- Scott and Kim spent 11 days in Florida. Their daughter spent bought a house and they helped her move in 110 degree heat index. But, they had a good time!
- Adam was in Florida. He also bought his mother-in-law a car as a surprise.
- Marc said that Megan is in Paris as an Olympic volunteer, Ryan broke another triathlon course record, and he and Holly recently went to Alabama to see Grace learning to fly Army helicopters.
- Holly recognized guest Susan for her work as a teacher at Roosevelt Children's Center. She was a teacher for Megan, Ryan and Grace.
- Lucina and Steve had a blast having all of their kids at their cottage at Sodus Point.
- Dave H. announced the Service Above Self Dinner on October 24th.
- Adam already has plans for Disney on October 24!
- Steve T. paid happy bucks because his sister went home.
- Evie paid happy dollars for going to Florence Italy with their daughter. They saw and did lots of art there.

President Jim's Message
President Jim said he first felt part of the club when he got involved. He recalled getting involved with Food Sense. Jim said he can't take credit for anything. All of us in the club all work together to get things done.
Jim then asked some trivia questions for a chance towards the Queen of Hearts.
Adam knew Studio 54 is in NYC.
Holly knew the Great Dane is tallest dog.
Kevin M. guessed that Scotland's mythical creature is unicorn.
David T. also guessed correctly a trivia question.
