WELLNESS REPORT
Carol Nary’s funeral was held on Thursday morning, March 25th. Our club raised $261 for Laurel House in her name. We will miss her infectious laugh and her giving spirit!
Melissa reported that JJ Cotter is at home with her Grandmother in hospice.
Gary Reilly reported that MaryJo Fenyn had surgery - did well and was on her way home Thursday morning.

TERRIFIC TAX TIPS - DOUG FORGUE
The IRS is giving businesses a break. Taxpayers that receive a PPP loan can claim the ERTC(?) excluding wages paid for by a PPP loan (Well that’s clear as mud!).
The maximum tax credit per employee in 2020 is $5,000 and in 2021 it’s $28,000!

Melissa’s membership committee has approved Cindy Timerson. Mike Muscolino remembered her as an excellent High School athlete in Basket Ball and Track.

Scott Healy continues to be happy with the Syracuse BB team. They are on their way to the Sweet 16. They have been coached by Jim Boeheim for 6 decades. I will have to take a nap to watch Saturday night at 9:55 PM.
SPEAKER - CINDY BRIGGS
Jean Bendix introduced Cindy who is the head of the Newark School’s Music Department. She is also an accomplished French Horn player.
Cindy teaches 4th and 5th grade instrumental students. She is working hard to follow the 145 page guidelines sent by the Governor. Band students are required to sit 12 feet apart. She was excited to be able to practice outside last week with her “Bucket Brigade”.
Cindy has virtually joined with the PIANO GUYS to make a recording we hope to hear soon. Technology is amazing!
