Trudy Hicks passed away on March 21st in Florida.
Trudy was a friend to all. She was selfless in helping others, always present with a smile and a positive influence on everyone.
For many years, Trudy took notes for the weekly Newark Rotary bulletin.
She was not shy to dress up for the special occasion.
Trudy volunteered with Newark Rotary for years, before becoming a Rotarian herself. She loved to take photos at events and share them with others and to use on the Newark Rotary display board that she maintained for the club.
Trudy assisted in the planning of the 2012 District Conference of Norma's year as District Governor. I believe this photo was taken in Hershey, PA.
and in Scranton, PA.
Trudy also helped to plan Dave's 2021 District Conference. We looked at a site in the Thousand Islands.
Trudy and Fred attended almost every District Conference.
